100th post!
This is my 100th post! I wanted it to be about something special so i thought it might as well be about Christmas! So for Christmas Grandma and Grandpa Sedgwick came up on the 23 and stayed until the 27, so they were here for Christmas and they were LOTS of fun. I got Hadley a thing that projects a rainbow over the ceiling of your room, I got Kai a little car with a tiny remote. I got Kale a pair of those carpet sliders and he really likes that. The family gave dad a glove with a scraper at the end of it so your hand doesnt get cold while you scrape your windows. The family got mom a Trifle Bowl and a Pressure Cooker. I got a sweater, a soft jacket, nail pens, a spining toothbrush, my own Hymn Book, a snowflake pin, a nice, big, wodden jewelry box, and Santa gave the family Band Hero. We had our tradition of Spanish tortilla for breakfast and Orange Julius. We invited the Christensens over for breakfast as well. We played Band Hero a lot and set up my jewelry box from Grandpa and Grandma Sedgwick. We all stayed in our pjs for the rest of the day. So there you go, my 100th post of 2009s Christmas.

Dec 6,1995, 3:26 am
Dec 6, 1995, 3:26am was the day that I was born. So last night at 3:26am Dad woke me up and said that this was the time I was born, 14 years ago. He said how much he was thankful for me to be in this family. I said thank you then said me too. Then we just hugged for a little then he went back to bed. I didn't go to sleep when he left though. I stayed up for another hour. This might be something a 80 year old person might say, but I thought about the top three things that I was most thankful for. I thought of the what might of been happening at that very moment 14 years ago. I thought of my bad moments and the good moments in my life so far. Then I went back to sleep. Now that it is 8:32 I thinking about what might have been happening right now 14 years ago.

Friday
This friday was pretty hectic. Our morning started off and just went downhill from there. We were suppose to leave at 8:00 but we left at around 8:30 and still had to go pick up a key go to the church and unlock the church for the basketball ladies. We usually go but that day was special because we were going to a wava outing and were already late as it was. It was 8:50 when we unlocked the door. The outing was in Kenniwick at the Toyota Arena. We got there at 10:00 and got our skates and started to skate. Around 10:30 we went back in to the main entrance to see who won the gingerbread house winners. When that was done my ankles were killing me. I didn't really want to skate but I wanted to skate so, I did. While we were skating mom was barly ahead of us and talking to a friend from Connell. I turned around and saw Hadley struggiling and started skating toward her and she slipped did a parawete and ended up on the ground facing the opposite way and kind of laughing. I asked her if she was ok and then I cant remember if she got up herself or I helped her get up but I do remember seeing dark spots on her coat then looking at her chin and see blood dripping every half a second. By then she realized that she was bleeding and started crying. I started yelling at my mom who didn't listen at first so I yelled louder. She heard me. She said when she saw Hadley she knew we would have to get stitches. Mom left with her as blood dripped onto the ice. I went around the ice one more time then one of the wava teachers came over and said that we had to go. Then I started to get a little worried. We all took our skates off and went to a clinic 1 block away. That happened around 11:00. We got there, checked in and waited for them to call her in. The lady at the ice skating rink gave Hadley a pack of ice and that was all we had at the time as well as a butterfly thing. When she was called mom gave me the keys and went with Hadley. We waited for an hour before she was done. During that time we saw Elvis Presley, or as Kale calls him, Helvis Presley. Kale thought he was real. We had to brake the bad news to him. Anyway, he came in the doctors office because it was one of the doctors birthdays. It was pretty funny. After she was done it ended up that she got a total of 4 stitches and one piece of fat removed. Kind of gross. Well maybe really gross. After that Hadley really didn't want to walk around but we went to Target and got her some new clothes because hers were covered in blood. We got her a new pair of sweats that were pink, a matching black sweat jacket, and a shirt that had a pair of ice skates on it. We thought it was quite ironic that we found that shirt. We ate lunch there. Then we went to Costco. We got a call from my Grandma when we in Costco and she said that Natalie, my little cousin, said, "Hadley my best friend, tell her to call me" so we decide that we would get her a box of fruit snacks and stopped and gave them to her. What a day.

Day 4
Saturday we went shopping and I got a new pair of boots the rest of the day we just hung out.
Day 5(Last Morning)
We went to church at 8:00 in the morning and after sacrament meeting we went back to the house and gathered our things and left. The drive home was long and tireing, even though I wasn't driving. We took 395 this time and it ended up being longer but even more beautiful. We hit some slick spots every once in a while and we even saw a car off the road that had only happened a few minutes before we passed. Someone was already helping them so we didn't think we needed to stop. We got pulled over just before the road where you turn off to go to my Grandma's house. It was 10:00 so the kids were all asleep including me, until the policemen shined his flashlight in my eyes. We were all sleeping the wrong way and he didn't like that. He had pulled us over because Dad didn't sygnal again after he was passing a truck adn Dad didn't know he was behind us. He asked us where we were coming from and we said Reno, Nevada and that we were almost home. he also noticed that Kai was laying across the seat and what looked like, didn't have his seat belt on. So Kai was already awake by then and showed the officer that he had his seat belt on but didn't have the shoulder strap on. To our suprise he didn't give us a ticket. We got home at about 10:50. We were all exausted.
