Brand New Year

Today I decided to put the brand new year songs on here because I really like them. My favorite is Say Yes! Tell me which one you like the best. You have to click on the little icon that is the symbol for play. It is under the About Me Column. I want to get the sheet music for it and try to play it but I think its a little too hard for me right now. This music is from New Years Eve when they introduced the new theme for this year. It is 1 timothy something. I cant remember off the top of my head yet. I am so excited this year girls camp. They are thinking about extending it another day. I would love it. It sometimes feels unreal to be there. I picture that place as heaven sometimes. I read the scriptures every day and get to sleepover with my friends in the same a-frame. NO time limit on when we have to go to bed. This year we get the teepees though. Last year I stayed up till about 1:00 every night except the last night we stayed up till 3:00 then went to bed. We played a game that I cant remember right now but it was so much fun. we just kept playing it over and over and over again. We had kids from other wards come over. I cant remember the darn game and its bugging me badly. Any way I hope you enjoy the music.

Hot Shots

So I do basketball with my mom on Mondays(sometimes), Tuesday, and Fridays(now cancelled) and one of the people that do it asked me to help coach the hot shots program. It was a lot of fun. This year they did boys and girls 4-6 grade. I actually kind of think that was a mistake. But I had a good time. They actually needed me for this upcoming week but Im doing softball so I will not be able to do the Hot shot thing. They needed me to sub people in and stuff. This year there is 16 total teams and about 10 people per team. Fun. I remember doing Hot shots and it was not as fun as the first time was. I think it was because we were getting better and we were tired of being bothered by the little kids. LOL. But coaching was a lot more different then actually participating. I think I have a lot more patience this year then ever because I've been babysitting a lot more. Thanks all of you that have hired me to babysit. You guys are a big help. Thank you. See ya!

Im a quiter

So I have quit the play that I was in, Sleeping Beauty. Why? 1)They changed the days to practice. 2) I want to play sports. (I gave up basketball for it) 3) All the boys quit so now there is only girls now. 4) I think I need to move on 5) Its going to be a play with all girls that they're making it. No offence to any of the people that are in it. I really want to do some sports. So yes I'm a quiter.

Surprise Vacation

Today we just got back from a suprise vacation. Heres how it went. Thursday we woke up that morning and did our usual stuff for the day. Then we saw her packing food and we asked her why and she said we were going to leave soon. We asked her where and she said,"Its a suprise" Me and Kai kept having these meating on where we might be going. We thought maybe we were going to a ski Lodge or something bacause we saw mom pack snowpants and gloves.(It ended up that we didn't use them) We thought of different places. We kept trying to coax it out of mom but it wouldnt comeout. At 3:00 Hadley came home and we told her she was not going to go to school tomarrow. She rejoiced and asked what we were doing. I said I didnt know. All that I knew was that it was about 2 hours away, we had axcess to electricity, a shower, and a bed. Thats all that I got out of mom. Kai and I had to stay because he had scouts and I had a game that I had to do stats for. Mom left at 3:30 with Hadley and Kale. After we were done we started to leave. I started calculating when we would get there according to moms definition of how far away it was. It was 5:00 so if it was 2 hours away then we would get there at 7:00. Ok. I guess we'll have to eat dinner somewhere then. Wait but mom sad we were having long sandwiches for dinner. I dont want to eat that late. Oh well. I started to see Mardon in the view. I thought we might go there. I was 80% sure we would go there and 20% sure we were going to the ski lodge. The reason is because we won 2 nights there at last years summerfest. I kept telling mom and dad to use it for a night and we could go to grandmas. I thought we were going to the ski lodge because I saw that kids were free to ski somewhere in Spokane. We started going into the camp and I put my hand behind me and hit Kai's hand in satifaction. We were right! Sort of. We got ther and we got the duck lodge. It was covered with ducks. It was fun. We had a great time. We took a few walks and went looking for horns at one time. We played some games too. Thanks Mom and Dad!!

Happy Valentines day!!

I wanted to say to everyone out there Happy Valentines day! I wish I could give you all a big hug! This morning we got up and dad was sitting on the couch and was watching cartoons with us. That was kind of fun. Then when mom called us up for breakfast she had made pink pancakes in the shapes of hearts and stars and stuff. They were so cute! Then mom and dad went to Bobs funeral. I didnt want to go because then I would end up crying and I did not want to cry. But then mom called us and said to get nice clothes on because she wanted to show us how they bury him because he was in the military. If I would have known that when he died then I would have put the flag at half mast at the school. But I didnt. I not really sure what the rest of the day will be like. More "Things" to talk about

This week at school there was going to be a dance but it was canceled. Whupty doo. :) Which means I dont have to go over and help set up. I dont know what to do besides school though.Im getting bored with it. I have more spare time than I have ever had before. I dont think I know what to do with it either. If you have any ideas post a comment. I dont want to do more school thats for sure. School will be school. I was hoping to go to utah and see the new temple built but Im pretty sure we arent going. I wanted to go to get out of my talk. Ha ha. I am so bored most times. My friends all have some "thing"they have to do. Im starting to feel let back in my social life though. So I made my locker a "mailbox". New subject:Yesterday I skipped the basketball game to have family home evening I didnt even need a answer from my mom. We just went to Kais basketball practice.HA HA. just as we were about to leave I jambed my finger. No HA HA. It hurts bad and is getting purple. Plus I got a rubber band in my mouth and it hurts just as bad. I got up at 5:30 this morning because they were both killing me! Thats all for today see ya! PSIt hurt to type so Im cutting it short today.Lucky you.Haha

Stuff!

Stuff that happened this week was that on Monday we went to Allreds and we ate Hawaiin food to share with every one that was there. My mom had been trying to make Hawaiin bread the week before and President Christensen did the same. But mom didn't bring her bread there she and my dad brang coconut shrimp. I was then introdused to the worlds best juice in the world! Its called POG. Yes it has a wierd name but it stands for Pasion Fruit, Orange, and Guava. If Im correct. IT is so good! Its more than good its AWESOME!! Then we played a game called Farticles. It too has a wierd name but I dont think it stands for anything. Then that was about it for the week. I did my usual things like go to Mutual on Wednsday and go to play practice and do stats for the girls game. On Friday though Kai and I went to Bishops house and babysat for them. It was a lot of fun. we went and sat in all the tractors they had and at the end of our little field trip we saw an owl. It looked right at us. It was pretty cool. Then we went inside and drank some hot chocolate to warm ourselves up again. FYI: Its still freezing here! Then when we got home it was 5:30ish and we babysat Noftles as well as Kale and Hadley. We ate pizza for dinner and watched Kung Fu Panda! It was about 9:30 when the parents got back from thier dinner. I was thinking and I think that kids should have an expensive dinner too every once in a while you know. LOL Then Saturday we went down to the warehouse to work for $ but the workers already did it the night before. :( No $40 for me. I stilled got payed the night before so I still at least have spending money. Although I forgot to pay my tithing today! Oops! Ill get it donee next week. After we went there we went ICE SKATING!! It was a whole lot of fun. But my feet hurt a lot the rest of the day. That night we watched... guess. KUNG FU PANDA!! Oh yeah. We watched it again. We just love it! Thanks Garrett, Jilayne,Natalie,Morgan,and Maddie! We went bed early that night because we were exsausted. From staying up late the night before and skating for 21/2 hours! we all fasted today except Kale. Well thats about it. I got nothin to say. Sooooo Im going to go check on my fudge! See ya later!
